Hello all, how's going u guys...

I'll be pleased to hear u guys using English, somebody has to bring up a topic to be discussed here and hence we share comments in English.
Basides English, I'm also familiar with Arabic, Urdhu/Hindi and ofcourse Sundanese.

Some of them are legaly accepted in English grammar.

I only use English in my office if my boss from SIngapore or USA call me through the cellphone or via Skype VOIP hehehe...

Internationally there are two kinds of English:

Brithish English or UK English
American English or US English

Even, in fact, there is the third, Australian!

The first thing and the most important thing you have to remember is, they count number greater than 100.000.000 or one hunderd millions in different way.

1.000 million in UK [is adopted in France] = 1 billion in US [is adopted in Germany] .
It is mean, 1 followed by 9 zeros.
RI or Indonesian uses US rule, where 1 milyar is equal to 1 US billion.

UK 1 billion is equal to US 1 trillion, i.e., 1 followed by 12 zeros.
UK 1 trillion is equal to US 1 quintillion, i.e., 1 followed by 18 zeros
etc . . .

So be careful when talking about money values in English. Which standard is used?

that's right brother... it's a unique combination between English and Chinese Malay...
The Singaporean tongue is usually Chinese or Malay spoken and combined with English it creates a unique pronounciation... Sometimes I get confused when Singaporean spoke English...especially a Chinese Singaporean...

Well, as I've been working in a Multinational O&G Company of which the headquater is in Houston USA. Speaking & writing in English are mandatory and become common practice among employees like me at most circumtances such as informal discussions, presentations, teleconv. videoconv. meetings, luncheons, email correspondences, reports, etc.
My direct supervisor is an US expatriate. I have numbers of national & overseas colleagues that equal in position, however definitely those from overseas are paid much higher than domestic workers.
But when local meets local, they used to use Bahasa rather more than english.

I've just wonder why it should be written like that?!

It seem "absolutely" should be written like that!

But it is "optional" for, "You", which may be written as "you"!

Just answer if you can or have any explanation.
